**Role Purpose**:
To provide administrative support to Client Service Executives for both Inwards and Outwards Multinational programmes

Issue BPN’s/Implementation instructions to local offices for complex/captive programmes in accordance with internal SLA’s

Complete booking sheets for captive programmes including network partner cessions and AIOIC bordereaux

Complete Complex R/I bookings, and network partner RI Certs

Support with Clinical trial Cert requests and policy issuance both on Inwards and outwards programmes

Investigate monthly CCQ’s for both Inwards and outwards programmes, work with Multinational Bookings Team and other Chubb departments to ensure resolution of accounting and processing anomalies

Prepare issue Insurance Certificates and upload Vehicle declarations to Databases for all Inwards Auto policies

Respond to queries from brokers/network partners and other Chubb offices

To ensure that Chubb’s Service Standards are met and, if possible, exceeded in the implementation of and servicing of Multinational Programmes

The role holder will be expected to respond to queries from Client Service Executives, Underwriters and Brokers. This will involve discussion and problem solving in connection with programmes and building strong relationships with Chubb staff overseas

**Key Responsibilities**:
Working with the Client Service Executives to support them in account handling activities for Inwards and outwards programmes

Support with implementation of complex/captive programmes

Communicating and building relationships with Underwriters, UK and overseas offices and other Chubb staff

Managing workloads in accordance with Service Level Agreements

To work within the framework of Chubb ethical and compliance standards

Ensure multinational workbooks are prepared maintained and completed in accordance with the Global Services Department standards

Assist where required with ongoing projects that are identified throughout a given year for better improvement to the Global Services Department

Incidental work that may be required to be completed that may be outside the scope to day-to-day work requirements

Prepare booking sheets for captive programmes and network partner cessions.

**Qualifications**:
Experience / Qualifications / Languages

Advanced (C1) level in English and Spanish is a must.

An additional European language is a must (French, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, German, Swedish etc.)

Previous experience in an underwriting support role is a plus.

Insurance background is preferred.

Chartered Insurance Institute - Insurance Certificate is desirable.

Competent in Microsoft Office -especially Excel.

Strong customer service skills and customer centric attitude.
