**Interim Sales & Marketing Consultant (Celebrity Entertainment & PR Agency)**

**Location**: Hybrid — Remote & 2 days/week in Marbella, Spain

We’re a dynamic celebrity entertainment and PR agency representing top talent, brands, and events across Europe. Following recent challenges with an external agency, we’re seeking an experienced and proactive Sales & Marketing professional to step in immediately and help stabilize and drive our growth.

**Role Overview**

You’ll take the lead in driving client acquisition, strengthening existing relationships, and rebuilding momentum after a major client loss. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can hit the ground running in the entertainment and PR space.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to re-engage leads and attract new business
- Support client communications and help rebuild trust and visibility
- Collaborate closely with the Founder to set short-term and long-term business goals
- Represent the agency in meetings and potential client pitches (virtually and in-person)

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development within PR, entertainment, or talent management
- Strong understanding of celebrity brand partnerships and media relations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Based in Spain (or able to travel to Marbella 2 days per week)
- Available to start immediately
