Product Owner, Business Solutions

**How you will make an impact**:

- Translate the needs and expectations of business into a backlog of features needed to achieve strategic goals and meet requirements.
- Own the product vision & agile backlog within a multidisciplinary scrum team
- Manage the relationship with Business partners
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories and Epics to ensure work aligns with product strategy
- Guide agile team to refine requirements into Epics and User Stories and ensure they’re clearly understood
- Drive the continuous improvement efforts to best meet users’ expectations and feedback.
- Drive the value creation process in the product design & development (User stories valuation & prioritization, Product ROI), in close collaboration with IT & Business partners
- Serve as the voice of the customer at the Agile Team and as a liaison between agile team members and stakeholders
- Maximize Business Value from Agile team efforts
- Validate development from Agile team against Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done
- Plan and prioritize product backlog, setting expectations for delivery of new functionalities
- Help Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
- Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
- Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile product management
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business processes in responsibility
- Identify and recommend innovations that significantly enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business processes
