Our products incorporate distribution APIs, payment integrations, ERP integration, Data Lakes, User Interfaces, and others. Our search API reach peaks of more than 50.000 requests per second, each one consisting of tens or hundreds of hotels, with continued expansion. We are looking for people that are not afraid to try new things and develop new technologies for an ever-changing scenario. **Elements to this role include, but not limited to**: - Work together with other technical staff to maintain dependable and efficient DevOps workflows, including providing support for developers with connectivity, privileges, pipelines, and tools. - Manage various projects while adhering to reasonable design specifications and budget constraints, including taking care of the development/testing infrastructure and managing the monitoring/alerting solution. - Provide support for running DML (Data Manipulation Language) into databases to enable efficient database operations. - Use your excellent troubleshooting skills and creative problem-solving abilities. - Enrich the team with your competencies in agile software engineering methodology and experience with cloud services-based architectures. **The skills we would love to see in your suitcase** - Experience with at least one programming language, such as Python, BASH or PowerShell and basic knowledge of programming. - Knowledge of cloud infrastructure in Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or Azure. Certification is a plus. - Proficiency in networking gateways, TCP/IP, routing tables, firewalls, and Windows/Linux administration skills. - Eagerness to learn, develop, and constantly improve with a flexible mindset and approach to technology. - Core interest in the Travel industry, with a passion for technology and expertise in this area. - Previous experience in technical support. - Bachelor's degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline (nice to have but not essential). - Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. **Why choose us as your next destination?** We are super proud of our dedicated team of friendly, energetic & passionate professionals.
