Job description We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to lead one of our development teams in Palma de Mallorca. This role is ideal for someone with advanced technical proficiency in Java microservices (Spring Boot) and outstanding communication abilities to bridge technical and business domains. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership Lead and coordinate the development team, focusing on provider integration projects built with Java microservices and Spring Boot, driving best practices in design, implementation, and deployment. Ensure adherence to best practices, company policies, and quality standards throughout the development cycle. Promote an agile and proactive approach to problem-solving and continous improvement. Communicate project status, technical concepts, and challenges clearly to management and non-technical audiences, ensuring transparency and alignment. Define and communicate roles and responsibilities for project team members, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
