Technical Project Manager

**About the Role**
- We are seeking a skilled Project Leader to manage and execute upgrades and modifications of GxP and non-GxP control systems.
- This role offers an opportunity to lead projects focused on system obsolescence, software updates, and integration of equipment into plant networks, while collaborating with external providers and internal teams.

**Work Modality**
- Type: Full-time
- Modality: On-site during the first year, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model thereafter.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain user requirements specifications, work instructions, and procedures using the document management system (ManGo).
- Manage change controls through the quality system (TrackWise).
- Plan and coordinate projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking (MS Project knowledge helpful but not required at advanced level).
- Lead project teams, facilitating meetings and coordinating tasks among team members and external vendors.
- Manage vendors and integrators, including quotations, scheduling, and supervision of on-site and off-site activities.
- Collaborate with IT teams for incident management and service requests (Jira, ServiceNow).
- Support configuration and maintenance of OT systems and equipment involved in projects.

**Technical Skills & Experience**
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, or similar technical discipline).
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Preferable experience in GxP-regulated environments.
- Strong background in industrial automation, including:
- PLCs: Siemens, Rockwell
- SCADA: Wonderware, System Platform
- HMI: Siemens
- Knowledge of virtual machines, communications, databases, and other IT/OT infrastructure.

Understanding of IT/OT connectivity (networks, Active Directory, endpoint protection, etc.).

- Excellent communication skills, interacting with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

**Projects Scope**
- Manage upgrades and replacements of control system hardware and software (e.g., PLCs, autoclaves, laboratory equipment) already integrated into DPI.
- Support integration of legacy or new equipment into the plant DPI network, in collaboration with Engineering and external providers.
- Focus on system obsolescence projects and software updates where integration complexity is minimized.
