**What you will do**
- To maintain the organizational framework of the HORSE Worldwide Powertrain Compliance System.
- To assess the advanced product compliance approach with all the Project Planning teams during the product conception phase, industrialization, homologation, and throughout the entire product serial life cycle.
- Auditor experience.
- To present and discuss the HORSE product total compliance approach with customers and suppliers.
**What we are looking for**
- More than 5 years of experience in the Automotive OEMs.
- Solid experience in the whole product life cycle (design, architecture, simulation, validation, test, and implementation/integration).
- Regulation, Homologation and Product compliance issues knowledge and awareness.
- Project Manager formation (PMP, Agile).
- Management specific project tools (JIRA Confluence).
- A person who likes teamwork, with good communication skills.
- A profile eager to contribute to an international environment.
