IT Networking

**Your Role**

Manage the Cybersecurity and Networking Area, ensuring its proper operation and carrying out associated projects that help evolve the environment and establish a higher level of maturity.

Standards and Policies must updated and the Company's compliance must be ensured, building a solid relationship with the IT team and key business areas.

The position is located in the Head Quarters of Hospitalet del Llobregat, from where IT Governance is centrally managed, although occasional trips must be made to the different Work Centers located in France, Italy, and the UK.

You will report to the IT Systems, Security, and Services Manager

**What you will do**

Main Objectives
- Cybersecurity: protect to minimize cyberattacks and to manage in the event of an attack. Build and update the Standards and Policies. Work with the IT Team and Business Areas to guarantee compliance with Security requirements. Provide the information and tools necessary to guarantee Business Continuity. Resources management for the correct fulfilment of the needs of the Area.
- IT Networking: ensure the Service Level every day. Governance to ensure that the configuration and operation of the networks are appropriate for the needs of the Company, taking into account technological advances and security requirements. As well as the correct management for the rest of IT Areas and with the Service Providers.

**What we are looking for**

Profile
- IT professional with at least 5 years of experience working with Networking and Security departments in international environment
- Used to deliver safely on mission critical environments
- Technical background it’s a must, with Cloud First mindset
- High communication skills and influence capacity
- Strong strategic and business thinking.
- Passionate about being innovative and up-to-date with the latest trends and advances

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- IT Engineer
- Networking (SD-WAN, FWaaS, IPS & IDS, CASB, ZTNA)
- Cybersecurity (EDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Scanner, IAM)
- Cloud (AWS, GCP)
- Fluent in English
