**ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM**

As a **Business Intelligence Analyst** specializing in pricing, you will be responsible for analyzing pricing data, internal benchmarking (win/loss price points), and discounting behavior. You will gather data from CPQ systems and create insightful dashboards to facilitate decision-making and the repositioning of pricing strategy. Additionally, you will support the digitalization and transformation of pricing processes.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Conduct pricing analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Perform internal benchmarking to assess win/loss price points.
- Analyze discounting behavior to inform pricing strategies.
- Gather large data from CPQ systems for comprehensive analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to facilitate decision-making and strategy repositioning.
- Support the digitalization and transformation of pricing processes.
- Collaborate with team members to collect data and execute the company’s pricing strategy.
- Responsible for monthly KPI reporting related to pricing.
- Maintain documentation and update reports as business rules and structures evolve.
- Help analyze business requirements, identify process and tool gaps, and propose improvements to management.

Qualifications:
**ABOUT YOUR SKILLS**
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pricing analysis or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in advanced MS Excel, Word, Power BI, SQL, macros, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CPQ systems and complex databases.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and workflow tools is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are beneficial.

**NICE-TO-HAVE**
- Experience in the telecom industry.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) is an advantage.
