**Mission**

Support the definition of AZ Spain’s Digital & Innovation strategy and work with AZ BUs to lead the ideation of potential disruptive solutions that will drive impact to our business.

**Responsibilities**
**Innovation Strategy definition**
- Understanding of corporate strategy and key drivers for innovation
- Strategic reading of BUs challenges and commonalities across brands / TA
- Exploration of disruptive trends with highest potential for the industry
- Coordination of global stakeholders to align innovation strategy and identify potential synergies with other markets
**Ideation & Experience**
- **
Anticipate & define (together with the units) the vision of the patient journeys across AZ**:

- Coordinate pain points exploration from patients’ journey
- Support pain points / opportunities prioritization sessions with Bus
- **
Coordinate ideation of potential solutions blocks and framing of innovation initiatives**:

- Opportunity research and trends exploration to support initiatives proposals, evaluation, and design
- Connect designed initiatives to desired business goals and outcomes
- Lead and facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops with multi-disciplinary teams to co-create potential solutions ideas

**Coordination of the Innovation agenda**
- Coordinate and centralize project cards and OKR preparation to prioritize innovation initiatives, assuring adequate fit with strategic priorities
- Coordinate internal key stakeholders to assure their involvement
- Elaborate business cases to support projects prioritization
- Coordinate and manage project prioritization to conform the innovation pipeline
- Coordinate periodic review of ongoing projects
- Follow up and compilation of key indicators of the innovation pipeline
**Innovation Observatory & Community**
- Disruptive trends exploration to identify business potential impact for the industry (e.g. exponential technologies, new business models )
- Establish relationships with Tech companies to identify potential providers
- Establish relationships with key Innovation stakeholders across industries
- Nurture a network of Innovation ambassadors across AZ organization
**Essential requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or a related field to work as a strategist
- Over 3 years of relevant work experience in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy and/or strategic project management (desirable related to Tech companies or Innovation organizations)
- Strategic thinker who takes initiative identifies gaps, and advise senior management
- High energy, proactive, positive mindset, results-oriented, and looking to make a big impact
- Excellent collaboration capacity with internal and external ecosystems
- Relevant experience on Digital Technologies: IoT, Big Data, AI, Blockchain, etc.
- Familiar with Digital Transformation initiatives
- Familiar with innovation methodologies: Agile, Service Design, UI/UX practices
- Excellent level of spoken and written English (level C2)
- Outstanding research and analytical abilities
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Outstanding MS Excel, and PowerPoint skills
