Reports To

Assistant Manager, Flight Dispatch

Role Purpose

Responsible for Flight Dispatch services provided to both MASwings and Customer Airlines are safe, secure and legal in accordance with laid down policies and regulations

Key Accountability
- To ensure all flights are dispatched in conformance to company and regulatory requirement.
- To ensure all relevant clearance for schedule flight been effectively communicated to Flight Dispatchers.
- To coordinate irregularities of filling ATS Flight Plan to respective aviation authorities
- To liaise with Meteorological Department regarding issues Operational information.
- To liaise with Aeronautical Information Services (AIS) regarding NOTAM.
- To coordinate with other operating departments towards ensuring smooth and timely dispatch of all MW/MH Services / Foreign Airlines Services
- To liaise with respective department during crisis and abnormal situations
- To investigate delays / irregularities and provide feedback to Executive, Operations Control Centre.Liaison with internal / external parties in the absence of Executive, Operations Control Centre.
- Organize rostering for Flight Dispatcher and Assistant Flight Dispatcher.
- To ensure availability and continuity of shift coverage and proper functions of office equipment and facilities.

Qualification & Experience
- Possesses a Diploma in any related field.
- Certificate - Flight Dispatcher License.
- 3 years working in Flight Operations or 1 Year experience as an Assistant Flight Dispatcher.

Skills & Knowledge
- Must be able to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge in use of Operations Manual, Aviation Law and Regulations.
- Familiar with Methodology, Aircraft performance and Planning.
- Familiar with Flight Management Control.
- Familiar with crew deployment
