Here’s your chance to be part of our amazing team and make customers' holiday experiences even more special **What We Offer**: - ** Competitive Pay**: €9,845.50 annually (pro-rated) with an additional monthly supplement of 55€ - ** Additional Pay**: For transportation, early shifts, weekends, and holidays - ** Benefits**:Free uniform, paid training, and life assurance as well as many other retail discounts from our benefits at work platform - ** Time Off**: 45 days holiday per year (pro-rated) - ** Bonus Scheme**: Earn through our "Recommend a Friend" program **What You’ll Do**: - ** Responsible** for the **supervision of our aircraft turnaround**, working with all teams involved in the turnaround, including Ground Operations colleagues, third party providers and our Flight Deck and Cabin Crew Teams - Performing **pre-flight check requirements,** preparing accurate loading accurate **loading documentation** including trim calculations and loading instructions - Working to **legal regulations** and **company requirements**; operating all equipment in a safe manner and maintaining a **clear and safe working environment** for you and your colleagues - Ensuring the delivery of an effective and friendly service that meets the needs of our customers and promotes our brand values. **What We’re Looking For**: - A **team player** with a **friendly** and positive **attitude**: - ** Fluent**in **Spanish and English**: - ** Flexibility** to work across **rotational shifts**-** weekends** and **bank holidays**: - ** Calm under pressure** - especially when managing challenging situations - A **full and valid** EU driving licence - ** Previous experience is a plus**, but we’ll provide full training **Division** **Careers With Us** - Airline **Careers Dept** - At the Airport **Careers Team** - Back of House **Business Area** - Operations **Team** - Overseas Airports
