Unified Endpoints Administrator - 6 Month Contract (Extensions Possible) - Valencia/Remote
We have a brand-new contract opportunity for a Unified Endpoints Administrator to join our client, an international IT service provider. With the option to work fully remote, or onsite in Valencia, Spain, this Intune or MEMCM Administrator role position starts with an initial 6-month contract, however multiple extensions are expected and there is great, long-term potential.
As the Unified Endpoints Administrator, you will provide ongoing support for Microsoft Intune and MEMCM services, implementing service enhancements when required.
Single stage MS Teams interview for the position will take place in December.
**Unified Endpoints Administrator Responsibilities**:
Administration of Microsoft Intune and MEMCM infrastructure.
Design and maintain the necessary GPOs for managing desktops
Provide support and in-depth troubleshooting of any issues related to Intune and MEMCM (infrastructure and clients)
Perform OS deployment and management (Task sequences, Driver packages, ZTI, LTI, etc.)
Monitor Intune devices enrollment and MEMCM clients health and take appropriate actions when required
Create custom Intune and MEMCM reports
Define and perform MEMCM on-going maintenance tasks
Work on assigned incidents, problems, changes and projects involving Intune and MEMCM
Interact with internal and end customer stakeholders while delivering the above services
Provide on call services if required.
**Unified Endpoints Administrator Requirements**:
Ideally 5 years of experience in management of Microsoft Endpoint Manager Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure, and at least 3 years on MEMCM Current Branch
Experience with Desktop migration/upgrades for Windows 10 (Windows 11 desirable)
Experience managing GPOs in desktop environments
Experience with BitLocker is desirable, as is experience with 802.1x authentication
Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, KMS, PKI, SQL
Experience in large-scale and complex environments, particularly global implementations
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell
Strong knowledge of networking
Microsoft certifications (Intune and MEMCM) a bonus
Knowledge of endpoint protection desirable.
