Unified Endpoints Administrator - 6 Month Contract (Extensions Possible) - Valencia/Remote
We have a brand-new contract opportunity for a Unified Endpoints Administrator to join our client, an international IT service provider. With the option to work fully remote or onsite within the charming region of Valencia, this Unified Endpoints position starts with an initial 6-month contract, however multiple extensions are expected and there is great, long-term potential.
As the Unified Endpoints Administrator, you will provide ongoing support for Microsoft Intune and MEMCM services, implementing service enhancements when required.
Single stage MS Teams interview for the position are scheduled for June.
**Unified Endpoints Administrator Responsibilities**:
Design and maintain the Microsoft Intune and MEMCM infrastructure(s) for client and partner organisations.
Design and maintain the necessary GPOs for managing desktops.
Provide support and in-depth troubleshooting of any issues related to Intune and MEMCM (infrastructure and clients).
Perform OS deployment and management (Task sequences, Driver packages, ZTI, LTI, etc.)
Monitor Intune devices enrolment and MEMCM clients’ health and take appropriate actions when required.
Create custom Intune and MEMCM reports.
Define and perform MEMCM on-going maintenance tasks.
Perform software and 3 rd party update configuration and management.
Work on assigned incidents, problems, changes and projects involving Intune and MEMCM.
Interact with customer organisation engineers while delivering the above services.
Provide ‘stand-by’ services during weekends, holidays and outside of normal working hours as required.
**Unified Endpoints Administrator Requirements**:
**Essential**:
5 years of experience in management of Microsoft Endpoint Manager Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure.
3 years of experience on MEMCM Current Branch.
Experience with Desktop migration/upgrades for Windows 10 (Windows 11 desirable).
Experience managing GPOs in desktop environments.
Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, KMS, PKI, SQL.
Experience in large-scale and complex environments, particularly global implementations.
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell.
Strong knowledge of networking and document writing skills.
Microsoft certifications (Intune and MEMCM).
Knowledge of endpoint protection desirable.
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and PatchMyPC.
Knowledge of Service Level Management principles.
**Desirable**:
Experience with BitLocker desirable
Experience with 802.1x authentication desirable
