**All our roles are **remote working style from one of our entity locations** in the **UK**, **Portugal,**Spain** or **Malta**

**UK** £26,000 - £32,000

**EU** €20,000 - €27,000

**The Role**

Reports to the Commercial Admin Team Lead.

This role sits with in Commercial Chapter which focuses on driving revenue and growth by building strong partnerships and securing top-tier affiliate value.

**What You'll Be Doing**

The Commercial Administrator keeps Blexr's commercial operations running smoothly by managing accounts, tracking links, and campaigns with precision. Ensuring offers match agreements and monitoring data supports accurate insights and decisions. Serving as the link between internal teams and external partners, this role maintains workflows, resolves issues promptly, and manages administration and campaigns to minimise errors, improve efficiency, and let the commercial team focus on strategy and growth.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Support the team in creating, configuring, and maintaining operator accounts and tracking links within site backends and data tools.
- Keep offers and campaigns updated in line with partner agreements and exposure plans.
- Maintain records across internal systems & monitor data collection to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Content, Product, and Tech) to support smooth workflows and resolve issues.
- Maintain regular contact with external partners to foster collaboration and address queries.

- Is able to **work effectively within deadlines**, ensuring projects stay on track.

**It would be a bonus if you**
- Have worked in administrative positions, particularly within commercial operations, although this is not mandatory
