Educate and support the local teams on the compliance and control requirements for pricing, promotions and trade spend processes.*****DIMENSIONS**:- GTS- INS- CIW- NTS- GP*****Management and Operational Responsibilities**:Planning & Forecasting:- Support the BUF in understanding customer planning, tracking and analysis of sales and profitability in budgets and forecasts- Ongoing reviews of trade spend, actuals vs forecast, and balance to go following each cycle- Provide support in preparation of business review presentationsReporting:- Continuous NTS performance tracking and review forecasts through local tools, liaise with Commercial Teams including Sales Admin and Customer Support to understand deviations and expected performanceAnalysis:- Provide support and analysis to BUF within RGM framework (GP analysis and reporting, portfolio optimization and SKU profitability) on current portfolio and NPI’s- Support in review and analysis of pricing assumptions (ASP, Price, volume and mix impact) for BUF approval- Interact with the business to collect relevant explanations/inputs, present analysis of results and discuss corrective actions in collaboration with Go to Market Controller and Commercial Director- Seek insights regarding CIW spend and Revenue Growth Management (Gross sales, pricing, rebates, Trade Investments, NTS and GP) to support analysis and decision makingPricing, Promotions & Rebates:- Understand, through Customer Support team, CIW sales deductions (actuals against MME, month end, MTD/QTD/FY forecasts), report deviations to Controller/Commercial Director with suggested actions,- Perform ad hoc reviews to ensure CIW agreements %/amount aligned to contract, either in the form itself or in supporting documentation, to review compliance with Revenue Recognition controls- Educate and support Commercial teams with regards to pricing reviews- Support and coach Commercial teams in decisions regarding trade promotions**Qualifications**:**Knowledge, Skills, Experience**- Professional with proven experience within an FMCG organization and relevant finance training- Ability to operate and interact cross functionally within a matrix organisation- Marketing Finance Analysis in terms of Channel and Account profitability;- Marketing Spend effectiveness, Pricing and Trade Spend principles. xsgfvud - Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Primary Location Europe/Middle East/Africa-Spain-Community of Madrid-MadridOrganization JNTL Consumer Health (Spain) S.L.Job Function Sales Administration#J-18808-Ljbffr
