**Job Description**:
The **Finance Transformation Director **will:

- Lead the design, set up, implementation, maintenance, and performance monitoring of all software and systems used by the finance organization, with a clear focus on Netsuite ERP,
- Management of direct reports (3-5), including coaching, training guidance, goal achievement, performance, and career progression,
- Act as a Project Manager for any finance software related project, supporting the other finance departments whenever needed,
- Gather users’ feedback to be able to identify improvements and 2-5 year systems roadmap
- Implement strong business partnering with all departments using finance software, including not only finance departments but also other GA and HR functions,
- Make sure that finance software are IPO ready and SOX compliant when going public, with the support of the other finance departments,
- For any business requirement, collect feedback from the department and identify a plan that fits the expectations of her customers (e.g. system users),
- Coach, guide, train and develop teams working with finance software & systems,
- Manage the relationship with external auditors during the audit of finance software and systems,
- Develop, test and deploy new monthly reportings to comply with senior management needs,
- Ad hoc projects for the finance department whenever required

**Qualifications**:

- 8-10 years of experience in finance, including proven track record of ERP implementation
- Project management experience a must
- Oracle knowledge, Netsuite or Hyperion prefered
- IT software experience desired
- Fluent in English
- Attention to details
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Experience working in a fast growing and changing environment
