**Job Purpose**
Kofax software enables organizations to Work Like Tomorrow—today. The Director, Sales EMEA Latin South will lead a high growth software sales team responsible for selling Kofax’s software portfolio & professional services to end customers in a hybrid Direct & Indirect go to market. The portfolio of products includes Kofax Intelligent Automation and Print Automation software such as KTA, RPA, Control Suite.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Direct and Supervise sales team in Italy, Spain and Portugal
- Be a strategic and operational leader
- Demonstrated track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing customer contracts
- Drive consistent quarterly revenues across a region by maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities resulting in consistent revenue achievement
- Hire, Inspect, Coach, Develop, Mentor, and Drive successful sales executives
- Inspire your sales team to be creative, driven, and successful
- Be a role model for your sales team by involving yourself in key opportunities
- Ensure a high level of customer and partner satisfaction
- Be an example and leader in Sales Operational Excellence
- Represent the Kofax brand in traditional areas as well as in new, high growth areas

Required Experience**
Qualifications**
- 10 plus years of experience in software sales
- At least 5 years’ experience leading a team of people to meet and exceed corporate revenue goals
- Demonstrable sales, sales leadership experience and a proven track record
- Experience in enterprise software solutions selling is desirable
- Must be an excellent oral and written communicator
- Experience to build, develop and maintain a highly effective sales team
- Experience with direct and indirect sales models
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influence skills
- Autonomous, strong communication skills, strong leader, influential
- Additional language competency is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
