**AIRTIFICIAL Intelligent Robots** es una empresa de ingeniería que centra su actividad en el diseño y fabricación de soluciones innovadoras de equipos de verificación y líneas de montaje para los principales fabricantes de componentes de automoción.

Estamos buscando un/a **HR** Technician** para unirse a nuestro equipo, una empresa líder en soluciones tecnológicas y servicios de ingeniería. Si tienes las habilidades necesarias, te invitamos a ser parte de un entorno de trabajo dinámico y orientado a la excelencia.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Apoyo a la HRBP en todas las áreas del departamento de HR.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral vigente y políticas internas.
- Elaboración y gestión de contratos, prórrogas, modificaciones y bajas.
- Cálculo y revisión de nóminas, seguros sociales y retenciones de IRPF.
- Comunicación con organismos oficiales (Seguridad Social, SEPE, INSS, etc.).
- Gestión de incidencias laborales: bajas médicas, permisos, vacaciones, etc.
- Apoyo en auditorías laborales y elaboración de informes.
- Mantenimiento actualizado de la documentación y bases de datos del personal.
- Coordinación con el servicio de prevención de riesgos laborales.

**Requisitos**:

- Titulación en Relaciones Laborales, Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o similar.
- Conocimiento sólido de la legislación laboral española.
- Manejo de herramientas de gestión de personal (NominaSol, Siltra, Delta, SEPE etc.) y Microsoft Office.
- Habilidades organizativas y de comunicación.
- Alta atención al detalle y confidencialidad.
- Valorable Formación en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
