Descubra si es el candidato adecuado leyendo la descripción completa a continuación.Following our expansion process, we need to reinforce our Human Resources team by incorporating a HR Technician.ResponsibilitiesYou will provide support to the subsidiaries and to the head office in:Personnel selection (publication of offers, CV's selection, interviews)Management of the recruitment process and On-Boarding of new recruitsMonthly payroll calculation (variables...)Termination of staff contracts/dismissalsEntering and updating staff data in the systemManagement of documentation/recordTime management, review of working time records, authorisation of holidays, leave or notification of medical leave, among others.Realization/updating of HR department procedures involving subsidiaries (in the local language of each subsidiary, mainly in English)Implementation of Human Resources policies and internal communication of these policiesPerformance appraisals and monitoring of the achievement of set targetsFluid communication with the staff of the subsidiariesPreparation of reportsOrganisation of internal/corporate company eventsProfileAt least 2 years previous experience in the Human Resources department, preferably in international companies.Higher education in Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or similar.
