Ensure that a high level of customer service is consistently delivered.
- Provide ad-hoc support and testing resource for IT related projects and office moves.
- Local monitoring / management the service IT delivers to the company.
- Proactively monitor ticket queues within the IT Service Management Tool to ensure all tickets are updated and resolved within the defined SLA.
- Undertake initial diagnosis, categorization and prioritization of all incidents and service requests and perform first line resolution where applicable.
- Escalate unresolved incidents to internal resolver teams and 3rd party suppliers.
- Build, configure and install PC's, laptops and mobile devices.
- Printer configuration and installation.

Multinational company retail sector|IT support Analyst onsite - 6 months contract
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in an IT Support role.
- Microsoft Windows 10 desktops and laptops.
- Microsoft Office (365).
- Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Exchange & Windows Server, SCCM, inTune.
- Apple mobile device support.
- Windows VPN, Mac VPN Configuration and Administration.
- Mac OSX installation and configuration & Office for Mac.
