Nurse (Nephrology and Kidney Transplantation)

VHIR offers vacant position for a nurse with experience in the Nephrology and kidney transplantation Research Group.
**Education and qualifications**:
**Required**:
- Degree or diploma in Nursing
- Specific/additional training in kidney transplantation Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English (business level)
**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required**:
- At least 2 years of experience in managing transplant patients Experience in monitoring adherence and frailty
**Desired**:
- Knowledge of kidney transplantation
- Ability to use digital tools for monitoring adherence
**Main responsibilities and duties**:
- Coordinate and manage transplant patients monitored with a digital tool for medication adherence.
- Provide support to transplant patients in managing chronic immunosuppression.
- Collaborate with the medical team.
- Prepare and organize educational sessions with patients.
**Labour conditions**:
- Part-time position: 8h/week
- Starting date: immediate
- Gross annual salary: 4.151,55 euros (Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale)
- Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities
