Project Manager

**Job Description Summary**: Project manager - to join our Spanish BD Rowa projects team. You must have demonstrated project management experience in a technical environment. You need to be highly motivated, able to work under pressure, and happy to work closely with colleagues and customers.

This is an field role, based out of the San Agustín office with regular site visits to support project management of installations, with a solid reporting line to the Head of Projects.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Manage the installation of products to customer site
- Control and communication of Project documentation to stakeholders. Timelines. Project plans, Drawings, Kick off meeting notes, Milestones, Site meeting notes.
- On site surveys to document the site constraints
- Compile the build configuration for the products in CAMOS
- The production of additional offers upon change of scope
- Manage the design and production of technical drawings on CAD
- Strong communication and assertive management of clients and 3rd parties
- Control and documenting the project on CRM
- Planning the installation in view of delivery and installation with a keen eye for health and safety.
- Planning resource availability and communication to project coordinator for travel and accommodation
- Production of quotes for upgrade to existing installations
- Implement the feedback from Installation teams to the team to help implement process improvements.
- Raise parts orders as requested within completion according to timeline
- Completing own administration in a timely manner, eg timesheets, expenses and training
- Act in a professional manner at all times, promoting company’s ethics and values
- Support Head of projects with information gathering for reports and presentations
- Carry out other reasonable tasks as requested by line manager

**About you**:

- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a Architecture
- Experience in Retail Projects and 3rd parties management
- Project Management qualification (would be desirable)
- Strong evidence of direct role in project management/project planning in Construction/Engineering/Retail.
- Knowledge or installation of Pharmacy systems (would be desirable)
- Previous basic understanding and use of CAD systems
