We are on the hunt for an exceptional Wholesale Assistant to join our team and bolster our wholesale distribution, reporting directly to the Head of the department. You will support the wholesale team and maintain relationships with clients and agents across Europe, US and Mexico regarding order processing, sales data analysis, product performance and stock replenishments. You will seek to proactively boost customers' purchases through different wholesale channels.
Tasks
What makes you the perfect Wholesale Assistant?
Minimum 2 or 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Fashion or Retail industry.
Experience with a portfolio of clients and/or agents desirable.
High analytical and numerical ability. Advanced level of Excel required.
Bilingual level of English. Other languages will be bonus.
Graduate in Business Administration or Economics desirable.
**Soft skills**: communication skills, problem solving, positive attitude and adaptability
Experience with JOOR and EDICOM highly appreciated.
What will we ask of you in your day to day?
- Support Key Accounts (mainly El Corte Inglés):
Collect orders and manage weekly stock replenishment.
Send samples and provide aid during selling appointments, manage all relevant order confirmations in a timely manner.
Weekly visits to local doors to seek best practices with regards to visual in-store representation.
- Daily management of multi-brand accounts and work closely with Agents and Distributors in Europe, USA and Mexico:
Manage new requests from potential customers.
Daily management of orders through Joor platform, managing stock transfers. Constant communication with customers of delivery dates, order tracking and customer support when required.
Work with the team in the supervision of sales materials, linesheets, images and samples.
Help to plan and execute pre-sales and ongoing capsule drops.
- Reporting and other:
Submit reports in Excel to analyse sales data and stock optimisation.
Make presentations in Power point when needed.
Support the Manager in the expansion of the Wholesale distribution through prospecting, deep dives, research of new locations in line with brand image, etc.
Collaborate with internal departments of Production and Logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

EDICOM - desirable
JOOR - desirable
EXCEL AND MICROSOFT PACKAGE - advanced level required.
