**Position**:
LOEWE has a strong ambition to reinforce its Information Technology and Transformation Team with highly qualified IT professionals who can further develop and support our Business needs. We are looking for an** IT Portfolio Project Manager **with **expert knowledge of Asana **to design and govern the project portfolio management process and lead the implementation of Asana at LOEWE.

Your main objective will be governing the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) process in LOEWE to ensure that the process is aligned with LOEWE’s strategic goals. Expert knowledge in Asana is instrumental in establishing an efficient PPM process and optimising the usage of Asana for all the business departments in LOEWE.

You will be part of our IT Team and **reporting to the IT PMO, Innovation & Change Manager.**

**Your role will be**:

- Lead the management and oversight of our project portfolio management process.
- Carry out quality assurance of Asana project portfolio.
- Development of PPM reporting needed in the required tools (Power BI, Asana, etc.).
- Continuously identify and evaluate improvement areas and workflows to improve PPM processes.
- Incorporate industry best practises.
- Foster collaboration across LOEWE for a more collaborative project management culture.
- Support the IT PMO, Change Management & Innovation team in providing training, guidance and support to all LOEWE departments to ensure a smooth adoption of Asana.
- Stay updated on Asana's latest features and evaluate their relevance and usefulness for LOEWE.

**Profile**:
**What is important for the role**:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Portfolio Project Management in a multinational environment.
- Expert knowledge in Asana is a must, including configuration, customisation and integration capabilities.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, relevant certifications in project management (PMP) or Agile are a plus.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding management, organizational and presentation skills.
- Passionate about new technologies, digital transformation & innovation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced English is a must and French is a plus.
