We are looking for a **Dutch Speaking Customer Representative for Fashion Industry **to join our exciting project.

**What you’ll experience at Webhelp**

As a **Customer Representative** in our team, you will:

- Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information
- Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements
- Establish policies by entering client information; confirming pricing
- Inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- Are native or proficient in Dutch and English
- Have great verbal communication, phone, listening, data and people skills
- Are customer focus
- Are professional, multitasking and have special attention to detail
- Have a university/college degree is an asset
- Previous customer service experience, especially in fashion industry, preferred
- Share our values of commitment, unity, integrity, recognition, and WOW
