**About the Role**
- Helping create new processes and improving existing ones, always moving towards achieving operational excellence.
- You will provide a detailed analysis of business opportunities and inefficiencies; proposing changes to operational processes; driving a high standard in customer satisfaction; ensuring high-quality experiences are delivered.
- Assist in analyzing the financial viability of new projects, and initiatives
- Assesses the risks inherent in new initiatives
- Venue research and initial outreach for your assigned cities
- Assisting in pipeline execution for summer cities
- Support in administrative tasks such as invoice processing or artist contract filling
- Attending a Candlelight show once a month throughout the internship in the city you are based in to understand on-site operations of the event

**Requirements**:

- Applicants must be currently enrolled in a college degree/master program and able to work in our Madrid office throughout the school year on a part/full time basis.
- Advanced level in Excel & PowerPoint is essential.
- Excellent eye for detail and accuracy and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Spanish native and English fluent is essential.
- Business interest and savviness, understanding revenue and business dynamics.
- A proactive, organized and motivated person, who likes to bring new ideas to the table.
- Can demonstrate your ability to adapt to the extremely fast-moving world of a digital startup business, are extremely numeric and data-driven in your approach to business.
- Passion for music and events is a plus
