**Your Opportunity**

As the Technology Change Management Director, you will be responsible for focusing on the people side of change - preparing, supporting and equipping the Technology Primos for changes to the processes, organisaton structure, and ways of working. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing change management methodology to be used to maximise primo adoption and usage of any required change within the technology organisation or technology solutions presented to the Bacardi Primos.**About You**

**Responsibilities**:
**With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to**:

- Developing a structured change management methodology including the process and tools to create the strategy to support the most efficient adoption of changes for both our tech Primos as well as the Bacardi Primos.
- Leading change initiatives for the tech Primos, by conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness and identifying key stakeholders for the change.
- Partnering with Tech Project Managers to ensure that change management is integrated in all technology projects impacting Bacardi Primos, including leading the change management initiatives, and ensuring optimal adoption of new technologies or ways of working.
- In partnership with PMO, augmenting PM training with Change Management content, and training Tech Primos on the necessity of change management.
- Identifying and animating a team of technology change agents within technology and Bacardi at large.
- Building and managing effective relationships with senior executives, project stakeholders, functional groups.

- Structured to ensure rigorous definition, execution and delivery of change management initiatives on time, within the budget and meeting the targeted adoption and change objectives

**The following experiences are recommended**:

- 10 years+ Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Experience with leading change management initiatives for large scale and complex change efforts
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle
- Change Management certificate or designation highly desired
