**General Information**:

- Country/Region- Spain- Province/City- Madrid- Location- Rosewood Villa Magna- Department- Finance- Job Type- Full-time Permanent- The Finance Administrative will provide secretarial and administrative support to Director Finance Business Partner and Assistant Director of Finance for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Controller’s Office. This will include monitoring of contracts for renewal, updating of contract database and handles courier requirements for Finance division.-
The person will also be responsible in planning meetings and taking detailed minutes, assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and develop and maintain a filing system. He/she will be entrusted with sensitive information which he/she should be able to handle in a confidential manner.Other standard responsibilities:
- Comply with the company policies.
- Work within all pre-set budgetary limits.
- Drive and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.
- Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of any confidential documents, matters, and techniques.
- Should model the Company’s culture at all times.
- Take on other tasks as may be necessary or required.
