Payout Administration Intern

The applicant will handle the configuration of the company´s partner Big Boxes (set-up new partners in the system), Administrative tasks regarding Big Boxes (resolve incidences such as reviewing configurations and escalating the issue to other departments, E-mails).
- Responsibilities
Configure in the system all the settings for Big Boxes and agent payout partners.
Handle issues that may arise from the configurations with the support of your team leader or manager.
Reply E-mail request regarding configurations and issues.
Communicate with different internal departments from the company to resolve administrative configuration issues.

Languages: excellent communication skills in English It is a plus but not requiered.
Good level of Microsoft Office packages (proficient with EXCEL).
