Horse Powertrain has 19,000 dedicated and determined employees, working in 17 manufacturing plants, and 5 R&D centers on three continents. This role is employed by Horse Powertrain Ltd and is based at head office in London, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain's other sites.

The HR Opperations specialist will be in charge of the Pre-onboarding, onboarding and offboarding processes. He/She will be responsible for keeping all the information up to date in the systems and giving support to payroll systems, training administration and intern management.

What we're looking for

• A proven track record of more than 8 years in Human Resources.

• Outstanding SuccessFactors, SAP and payroll-related programs skills.

• Strong communication, organization and methodical skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset. Customer orientation and public service in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.

• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish; French or other language would be an advantage.
