We are currently looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our team based in Barcelona. This person will be part of a young and vibrant team and would support a an internationally renowned skincare client.

**Responsibilities**

Support the Account Manager in

  • Managing all projects across the different digital platforms
  • Managing timelines, scopes, budgets, communications, quality, issues, risks, critical paths, and resource constraints
  • Forecasting and tracking key customer metrics and KPIs
  • Managing client communications and building long-term relationships with the client
  • Managing priorities to ensure the successful and on-time delivery of our services according to the client's needs, specifications, and goals
  • Ensuring the content meets client specifications and expectations as well as the local market requirements
  • Managing budgets for each campaign and informing the Account Manager of any significant changes during the campaign
  • Ensuring detailed meeting minutes are being taken and passed on the Account Manager.

**Requirements**

**Requirements**

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role in a digital agency
  • Previous experience working with KPIs, reports and analysis
  • An interest for the Social Media world
  • Previous experience in Paid marketing is a plus (not a must)
  • Previous experience in PR is a plus (not a must)
  • Excellent organizational skills, creativity, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude and a curiosity for learning new processes, new areas and unknown technologies
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude as well as problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A professional and personal passion for the digital marketing world.

**Language skills**

  • English (mandatory)
  • Spanish (highly recommended)
  • Other languages would be an advantage (ideally French, Italian or Dutch).
