**Business Support GDF Corporate Finance **is looking for a Business Support Analyst, based in our Boadilla office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a Business Support GDF analyst you will support GDF, Loan Sales and PDM business, in the distribution of Corporate Syndicated Loans, Project & Acquisition Finance and Leveraged Finance deals.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Manage a significant portfolio of secondary loan trades and other distributions from trade date through to settlement.
- Prepare and manage the execution of the transfer documentation.
- Liaising with the Back Office trade settlements team to instruct the settlement of trades, involving other department if necessary.
- Monitoring positions to ensure the trade and settled positions are reconciled at all times
- Support Front Office GDF and PDM during the structuring of new distributions, ensuring operative feasibility of proposed mechanics
- Advising senior stakeholders of potential issues with documentation and trade settlements
- Portfolio maintenance: waivers, amendments, premium payments
- Keep portfolio metrics updated and report to internal clients
- Contribute to digital transformation of existing processes

EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of experience in relevant fields
- EDUCATION
- Business Administration or Economics. MBA or master in finance will be highly appreciated
- SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Multitask profile and ability to manage a significant portfolio
- Digital mindset and willingness to undertake projects
- Interpersonal abilities to interact with several external and internal clients
- Fluent English is highly valuable
