**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

Como Users Support, tu objetivo será la ejecución y coordinación de servicio de soporte a usuarios para Corporación, países, área de Universidades y Santander Asset Management.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Coordinación y ejecución de consultas e incidencias con usuarios finales en tres idiomas (inglés, portugués y español).
- Coordinación del equipo de soporte para Becas, Santander X, Santander Empleo y Empresas.
- Generación de cuadros de mando, escalado de casos e informes para seguimiento.
- Elaboración continua de propuestas de mejora.
- Detección de oportunidades de crecimiento en servicios en los que aportar valor como área.
- Interlocución con equipos de Negocio y equipos técnicos.
- Reuniones periódicas de seguimiento con los clientes.

EXPERIENCIA
- Al menos cinco años de experiência en soporte a usuarios finales.

EDUCACIÓN
- Certificado de Competencias Pedagógicas como formador.

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Herramientas multimedia: Wave (gestión de vídeos y extracción de métricas)
- Conocimiento técnico: lenguaje de diseño CSS, Office365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Navision y CRM.
- Idiomas: nível alto en inglés y portugués.
- ITSM Service Now.
- CMS: Wordpress, Sharepoint.
- Software de servicio relacionados con la atención al cliente: Helpdesk, Zendesk y software de colaboración: Jira y Confluence.
- Beezy - Digital Work Place Santander Now.
- Capacidad de análisis del dato para elaborar los Cuadros de Mando (volumetrías, tendencias, etc.)
- Gran nível de compromiso, flexibilidad, responsabilidad y disponibilidad.
- Elevada capacidad de aprendizaje, actitud y adaptación a nuevas operativas y formas de trabajo.
- Gran potencial de desarrollo y crecimiento.
