This position sits within our Bedbank unit.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The _Supplier Income Controller _will be supporting the development of Hotelbeds Supplier Income using SAP/Tableau/Atlas/Salesforce which is then communicated to different sourcing teams in the company so they are aware of their own perimeter as well as plan the prioritisation where they would need.

This role will also be responsible for invoicing, tracking, and reporting the Supplier Income product.

Main tasks:

- Control and identification of all Supplier Income invoices to be processed on a monthly basis
- Understanding of the procedure to calculate, validate and obtain approvals for all invoices
- Raising of approved invoices in a timely manner
- Dealing with many queries from Suppliers and Contract Managers in order to expedite invoicing or cash collection
- Notifying major risks or PnL impacts to the Supplier Income Manager
- Understand clear escalation process
- Write up for procedures to the new or latest processes
- Challenges existing processes within Commercial Finance and optimize them as much as possible
What we expect from you:

- Very strong attention to detail
- Commercially focused and proactive whilst also being structured and methodical
- 1+ years of relevant experience in SAP/Atlas/Jira
- Data visualization (Tableau) skills would be nice to have but not essential
- Ability to liaise and clearly communicate with different stakeholders
- Ability to work well under pressure
- English is a must. Spanish is nice to have but not essential.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Finance or any other related field
