**Responsibilities**

**_ Your Day To Day with Us:_**- Support with projects budgets preparation- Control and reporting of projects and resources- Keep project budgets updated based on new contracts in Fieldglass or new
- inputs from managers- Gather finance details for each project- Support Functional Managers on the budget tracking- Provide accurate information to the different functions on each project budget
- status- Execute monthly X-charging process- Support with the creation or registration of new Vendors in the system (myBuy)- Respond to inquiries and support to stakeholders, IT Finance, SLM or AGS teams

**Qualifications**

**_ What will you need to suceed?:_**- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a closely related discipline- Analytical and problem solving skills- Budgeting- Communication skills- Attention to details- Proactive and organized, with a good sense of prioritization- Fluent in Spanish and intermediate level of English
