**Funciones**
- Dar la bienvenida a los clientes en el hotel.
- Conocer perfectamente los horarios de nuestros puntos de venta (Spa, Restaurantes, Wellness, etc).
- Conocer información turística de Marbella y alrededores
- Mantener el lobby y salón del Príncipe en buen estado (Cojines, sofás, )
- Servir welcome drinks
- Cumplir la política del Hotel (Higiene, Seguridad, etc)
- Anticiparse a las necesidades del cliente.
- Contestar al teléfono de manera adecuada siguiendo los estándares de LHW
- Ofrecer servicios extras para mejorar la estancia del cliente
- Ayudar en todas las tareas asignadas por Guest Service Assistant
- Velar por la imagen pública del Hotel
- Preparar amenidades, DF y cartas de bienvenida para el siguiente día.

**Requisitos**
- Trato correcto y agradable. Dinámico e innovador.
- Trabaja en equipo.
- Debe tener preocupación por su imagen personal.
- Debe tener capacidad de negociación y tomar decisiones.
- Debe tener capacidad de comunicación y don de gentes.
- Requiere un carácter de superación continúa.
- Conocimiento de los sistemas informáticos de gestión del hotel Marbella Club como Opera, Outlook, Microsoft Excel y Microsoft Word.
- Nível alto de inglés y castellano. Deberá poder mantener conversaciones fluidas
- A ser posible debe conocer un tercer idioma al mismo nível.
