We are looking for an experienced Guest Services Assistant to join our existing guest-services departments. Rosewood, Belmond, Mandarin Oriental, EDITION, Fairmont, Shangri-La, Waldorf Astoria, Six Senses, Marbella Club, Puente Romano etc.A highly seasoned service professional with a proven background in managing customer expectations.Strong administrative skills, capable of improving backend processes, taking inventory, and responding to emails and calls.Excellent phone manner and communication skills in fluent English and Spanish. xcskxlj Spanish Employment Contract with attractive starting salary.
