Data Integration Manager

The Integration Manager will play a pivotal role in the Digital Enterprise Integration team at Alexion. As the Service Delivery Manager of integration projects, you will address business needs through enterprise integration and contribute to building a reusable API network. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our integration landscape.
**Accountabilities**
- Designing and delivering integration solutions and APIs built on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues, ensuring mínimal downtime and quick resolution of problems.
- Working closely with IT teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and support high-quality integration solutions.
- Supporting integration projects’ full life cycle, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Conducting code and architecture reviews and ensuring that integration solutions comply with established industry standards and best practices.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for integration processes, systems, and configurations.
- Managing API landscape and catalogue.
- Managing partner resources and their outcomes.
- Leading integration teams to deliver complex projects, initiatives, and their end-to-end execution.
- Ensuring performance and reliability of the integration infrastructure aiming for zero impact on business processes.
- Advancing the maturity and capability of the API integration platform.
**Essential Skills/Experience**
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software development and 2 years of development in integration and APIs
- Experience in development on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Strong technical skills in development and design
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and be a team player
- Ability to work independently and quickly absorb new technologies
**Desirable Skills/Experience**
- Certification in MuleSoft
- Experience in maintaining Developer Portal
- Experience working with AWS
