After successfully adopting AGILE “Spotify” organization framework, Internal IT (IIT) department is specifically in charge of two key supportive missions:
providing internal IT solutions and services needed to support Criteo businesses and IT users, operations and projects in their daily lives with a fast and agile approach.
Supporting strategic evolution of Criteo and offering smart and innovative solutions while ensuring cost efficiency, privacy, security and compliance.
Within Internal IIT, the Unified Data Platform (UDP) stands in one ambition : makes corporate data available on demand, trustworthy & intelligent to enable better & faster decisions. This is translated into two major product promises:
Integrate, store, process and serve any kind of data from/to any kind of source/consumers with the best time-to-market.
Propose owned, intelligent & documented Insights on shelves, consumable by any kind of third parties, internal or external.
What UDP Data Integration Tech Lead mission looks like
As a Data Integration Tech Lead, you will contribute to the definition of UDP product vision, propose most appropriate Data Integration solutions and nurture a culture of best-in-class quality delivery. In an nutshell, you’ll be mostly doing followings:
Ideate and design technical solutions:
Brainstorm to identify technical solutions/opportunities
Design the right solutions with the support of the Enterprise Architect.
Tests new solutions, perform benchmarks, spikes & POCs to help delivering UDP’s Roadmap
Ensure that Integration developments are on track, respecting our quality standards
Mentor Azure Integration developers, and help them resolve any technical issues
Participate to the Tribe Agile efficiency:
Support Product Owners by understanding clients requirements and translating them in pragmatic technical solutions (performances, cost,...)
Provide advice to other teams to standardize/advocate infrastructure and cloud practices.
Ensure Technical debt resorption is always prioritized at the best level
Participate to run activities with the appropriate focus
Support other IIT teams in their integration with our services
Participate in UDP’s Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement,)

- You are fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

Azure Components : Logic Apps, Azure Function, Service Bus, CosmosDB, Data Factory, API Management, Key Vault, Storage Account, Event Grid, Monitor, Azure DevOps, Azure Datalake
