JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Performance & Data Manager to join our Digital Commercialization Team in Palma de Mallorca. The main purpose of the role is to build advanced performance analytics, data-driven solutions, and algorithms across all the customer journeys.

Main responsibilities:

- Control and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of marketing techniques and business strategies.
- Develop Advanced methods of analytics including Data science and machine learning techniques to better understand and predict partner behaviors.
- Research and develop new algorithms to optimize and automate the way we target our partners and improve their performance.
- Digitizing and connecting the different touchpoints to create a 360º partner journey analytics and tracking framework.
- Identify and implement marketing tools, dashboards, visualizations, and technology requirements to develop digital analytics capability.
- Merge, manage, interrogate, and extract data to supply tailored reports to stakeholders.
- Cooperation with Customer Experience and Automation team on a regular basis.
- To ensure automated and personalized product campaigns have the right product decisions based on data.
- Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS ‘big data’ technologies.
- Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer journey, and other key business performance metrics.
- Ability collecting data from all kinds of different sources, from web APIs to internal databases encoded in database querying language like SQL and analysis tools.
- Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
- Experience building and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.
- Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets
- Knowledge of statistical language (Python, SAS, R) and experience in using a variety of analytical methods (e.g., classification/regression, collaborative filtering, cluster analysis).
- Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.)
- Good communication skills, to explain complex topics to people, who don't understand the data analysis technicalities.
- Works well under pressure to fulfil challenging objectives and needs.
