They are looking for a General Accountant who will contribute to develop the business of the company in Barcelona, Spain.

**Job purpose**:
***
The General accountant will undertake aspects of financial accounting work, including daily entries booking for transactions per local policies and procedures, assist and answer audit accounting questions, as well as organize the month end closing. The responsibilities will also include bank reconciliation statement preparation, AR/AP management and other financial reports generation which HQ or leader request.

**Job Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years finance experience as General accountant
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Electronic marketing company experiences on priority
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with creating financial statements
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
- Excellent in accounting and OFFICE software
- SAP on priority
- Good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Duties and reponsiblies:

- Daily accounting booking;
- Support month-end and year-end closing process
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statement
- Coordinate yearly audit processes
- Manage accounts receivable balance and overdue;
- Reconcile with customers balance regularly;
- Monitor and track credit insurance process;
- Check and manage employee expense reimbursement and vendor payment
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly VAT/ CIT returns in coordination with outsourcing companies
- Additional General accountant duties as necessary
- Compliance oriented
- Data processing and analysis skills
- Good command of English language
- Good command of Chinese language is a plus

- Flexible schedule
- 1 day of teleworking
