**Job Title**: Accelerator Project Manager

**Reports To**:Accelerator Business Manager EMEAI

**Summary of Responsibilities**

The Project Manager will be responsible to lead, execute and drive Accelerator key projects to completion on time, within budget and scope. Primary focus resides on creating finished goods as well as innovative technology platforms supplied into the Personal and Home Care market. The project manager will work closely with customers, external and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and customer needs in a very dynamic market environment.

**Essential Job Functions**
- Ensure that all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Drive the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant external and internal stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility and complying with Lubrizol’s safety and operational excellence standards
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress including key milestones and timelines to be shared with clients as well as internal stakeholders
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects. Partner with cross functional teams to ensure project deliverables and timeline commitments are achieved Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Manage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques and performance measurement tools. Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with clients and relevant stakeholders, capable of managing high levels of detail, and handling multiple activities/tasks under pressure
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks with clear mitigation plans in place and risks understood and aligned to.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Attend conferences and trainings as required to maintain proficiency and continuously enhance knowledge of the Personal and Home Care industry
- Be aware of all Acclerator key project activities and provide support and back-up to peer project managers on an as-need basis
- Understand key Project Management tools and can coach the organization how to utilize them to get the ongoing results expected.

**Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Physical Requirements**:

- Minimum five years work experience in project management of consumer product manufacturing. Expertise in Personal Care products is considered a strong plus
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish considered a plus
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Self-directed, self-confident performer who thrives in dynamic environments
- Able to work in a small, fast moving, and at times, intense environment
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and influence management skills
- Ability and attitude to work well in a matrix organization
- Efficient at developing and leveraging a logic based critical path schedule
- Willingness and ability to travel (~20%)
- Experience in operations, supply chain, packaging development and/or artworks management is considered a plus
- PMP Certification is considered a plus
