**Your next challenge**

As **Workplace Engineer**:

- You will ensure the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of productivity tools (Microsoft) included in the Office 365 corporate services.
- You will operate the end-user services and assets at the highest level of operational efficiency and automation to ensure control, security, and auditing.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and align Microsoft Workplace solutions accordingly. Also, you will collaborate with other members of the platforms and foundations teams to plan, execute, and monitor end-user delivery and operations use of provided resources.
- You will deliver and implement policies and procedures for Microsoft workplace technologies to ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.
- You will guarantee security over the resources including the control and follow-up of the patching, upgrades, and system enhancements over Microsoft Platforms and Pluxee-implemented hardware in their regions.
- You will keep a close monitoring of the performance (end-user) analyze the performance using data, generate reports, and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement.
- You will conduct training and awareness programs to educate employees on the effective utilization of Microsoft workplace tools and promote best practices.
- You will support transformation programs, including adopting ITIL processes in service management and service delivery activities globally.
- You will stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential for improving organizational productivity and recommending their adoption.
- You will track, ensure, and support the evolution of global initiatives to be applied in countries. Working closely with them to provide support, verify the implementation of the guidelines, and co-define local-specific solutions based on standards when needed.
- You will monitor all KPI-based performance, spotting trends, and ensuring the highest quality of service at a regional level.

**You’re a match**

If you have:

- +5 years’ of proven experience managing Microsoft Productivity tools and technologies, including Office 365 and Power Tools.
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux Based Operating systems and Hardware Infrastructure.
- Familiarity with ITIL v4 best practices and implementing change management processes.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process automatization.
- Proactivity, and self-motivation, with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest Microsoft technologies.
- Team Collaboration Skills.
- Client Focus and Customer Satisfaction.
- Adaptability to Multi-Cultural Environment.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and to work in a changing environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Spanish and /or Portuguese is a plus.
