CRM Intern

The CRM team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Intern. We offer the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management, data analysis, and lifecycle marketing. The intern will assist in the creation and launch of CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction

**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Take ownership of campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.
- Conduct peer reviews for quality assurance before campaign launches and maintain comprehensive documentation for all campaigns.
- Analyze and report on CRM campaign performance using tools like Tableau and Mixpanel.
- Assist in setting up and optimizing automated customer journeys and workflows and Identify opportunities to implement personalized communication strategies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align on CRM initiatives and ensure smooth execution.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- It is preferable to have previous experience in CRM, marketing or a related field
- Basic understanding of CRM concepts, customer lifecycle stages and marketing principles
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field
- Knowledge of CRM platforms like Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar is a plus
- Is an advantage to have basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics or similar
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of any additional language is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
