**Who we are...**

AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.

**Your mission**

As the IP Lawyer your goal will be to minimize legal risks and offer legal coverage in business transactions and conflicts with third parties in order to advise in decision making when it is requested giving the necessary documentation or participating, when it is necessary, in the initial phase of the projects.

**What will the role entail?**:

- Manage the IP & domain name portfolios for Pepe Jeans, Hackett and Façonnable liaising with external Trademark agents/advisors in order to keep intellectual property assets duly protected and up to date
- Manage IP related conflicts aroused with third parties and coordinate with external legal advisors in order to solve the conflict in the most efficient way.
- Conduct personal data protection risk assessment and implement the measures necessaries in order that the Group companies are compliant with data protection applicable regulations. To draft and review the necessary contractual documentation in relation to data protection compliance.
- Provide legal assistance to Licensing & Marketing Departments by drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms and conditions of license, sponsorship, ambassador agreements with third parties.
- Provide legal assistance to Design Departments by reviewing and advising in relation to the legal compliance of the product collections to ensure that our designs do not infringe third parties’ IP right.
- Provide legal assistance to E-commerce Department by drafting and reviewing the legal terms of contracts with providers of on-line related services.
- Control the Group IP budget.
**Who will you report to?**

Your direct report will be to the Group Legal Director.

**Requirements of the position**:

- University Degree in Law
- Master in Intellectual Property (desirable)
- Knowledge: Intellectual Property and Licensing
- 5 years professional experience in a similar role
- Languages: fluent in English. French or any other EU language (desirable)
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Office
