Multinacional del sector pharma / dermocosmética, selecciona IP Counsel para el departamento de IP que reportará directamente al Manager de IP y será responsable de:
Funciones:
- Proporcionar asesoramiento a otras áreas de la compañía y a las filiales en temas de IP.
- Evaluar riesgos de IP de terceros: búsquedas de nuevas denominaciones de marcas, slogans para validar uso y nuevos registros, etc
- Colaboración en el sistema de Brand Protection Online de la compañía.
- Identificar, tramitar y defender los activos intangibles de la compañía a nível internacional. Revisión, control y seguimiento de oposiciones, recursos, acciones de cancelación, nulidad y otros procedimientos legales en materia de marcas, diseños y derechos de autor.
- Elaboración y revisión de contratos y documentos legales en el ámbito de Propiedad Intelectual e Industrial: licencia, distribución, suministro, derechos de imagen, fotógrafos, agencias de marketing, cobranding, etc
- Supervisión de los servicios de vigilancia de marcas y dominios a nível internacional.
- Colaboración con abogados especialistas en IP a nível mundial en temas judiciales/extrajudiciales de infracción de derechos de Propiedad intelectual e Industrial.
- Colaborar en preparar formaciones internas en temas legales de IP, revisión y mejora de procedimientos internos.
