**About the role**
Our rapidly expanding Employer Brand team spans our growing offices across the globe, and promotes Revolut’s development as a major international employer. We operate somewhere between the Branding, Communications, Marketing, and Recruitment teams, working with areas of the business to support rapid growth and develop our employer brand into a state-of-the-art attraction and retention system.
We're looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join our team for the Rev-celerator Internship Programme 2026. You'll support our employer branding efforts as we scale our world-class activities from London to Singapore and São Paolo. The internship will start in June-July 2026, typically lasting 8-10 weeks depending on the location. For French students on an _année césure_, the duration is 6 months. Top-performing interns may be offered a graduate or junior position for the following year.
**What you'll be doing**
- Managing and supporting global employer brand events, from preparation to execution
- Driving and developing our Ambassadors programme, engaging employees to promote Revolut and enhance our brand internally and externally
- Running impactful promotion campaigns
- Supporting the creation of internal content for our employer brand
- Assisting with multi-channel techniques to amplify brand awareness
- Contributing to the development of engaging narratives by working closely with our Social Media team
**What you'll need**
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- To be in your penultimate year of your degree, with an expected graduation in 2027
- Solid strategic thinking and a creative approach to deliver measurable results
- The ability to confidently interpret business, recruitment, and brand requirements
- A results-driven mindset and an understanding of the importance of performance reporting
- Confidence in producing content for different channels and media
- Event management skills
- A keen interest in employer branding and talent acquisition
**Nice to have**
- A degree in marketing, communications, business, event management, media, or related field
- Previous experience in event management, marketing, or brand promotion
