**About the Rev-celerator Graduate Programme**
The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is built for ambitious graduates who want to launch their careers in fintech. Over this 12-month programme, you’ll work on real projects, solve complex challenges, and make an impact from day one. With structured training and hands-on experience, you’ll grow your skills while exploring different areas of the business.
Top performers can be promoted during or after the programme, giving you the chance to continue your journey at Revolut.
**About the role**
Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.
We're looking for two Operations Manager Graduates to focus on improving overall business performance and impact, while the other will concentrate on process services, reducing manual workload, and implementing modern technologies, like LLMs and AI agents, to drive automation.

**Join us from anywhere**
The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply).
**Key dates**
- Applications: 1 June - 14 December 2025
- Recruitment: September 2025 - January 2026
- Programme start: September 2026
**What you’ll be doing**
- Working on high-impact projects that directly improve business efficiency and performance
- Analysing operational processes to identify and implement opportunities for optimisation and cost reduction
- Using modern technologies (including LLMs and AI agents) to design and build scalable, automated solutions
- Improving the functional office's overall business impact and resource allocation
- Receiving direct mentorship from senior leaders
- Supporting Revolut’s ambitious growth plans
**What you'll need**
- To have graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in STEM or engineering from a top university in India or Spain
- An impressive academic track record (CGPA of 7/10 or above, or top 20% of your class)
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluency in English
- Foundational data analysis skills (training can be provided)
- Full-time availability from September 2026
**Nice to have**
- Experience with process mapping, automation, or efficiency projects
- Familiarity with data tools (SQL, Tableau, Jira)
