**About the role**
Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.
We're looking for a People Partner Graduate to work closely with our team on all things related to rewards. You'll gain exposure to the entire rewards spectrum, from benchmarking to developing global incentive programmes.
In addition, you'll play a central role in how we attract and retain talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

**What you'll be doing**
- Supporting the design, analysis, and execution of compensation programmes
- Building and maintaining compensation tools, models, and reports
- Supporting compensation review cycles, such as salary reviews and bonus payouts
- Collaborating with People Partners and recruitment teams to provide compensation insights
- Analysing market trends and internal data to inform compensation decisions
**What you'll need**
- To have graduated university in 2024, 2025, or 2026
- A degree from a top university in business administration, economics, or statistics, with at least 40% of the curriculum focused on mathematics
- Excellent analytical and data management skills
- Fluency in English
**Nice to have**
- An interest in HR, compensation, and business analytics
- A willingness to deepen your knowledge on rewards topics, from benchmarking to incentive programmes
- Fluency in another European language
